2010: The Year of the Falcon

Hope you're all keeping warm. Snow is beautiful, but ultimately a pain in the arse. it's ridiculous how England grinds to a halt when there is snow. Get more fucking Mr.Ploughs out on the road moving the snow. People need to get to work man, and pay for the heating.

First off, How good was the Gmex? A big Thank-you to everyone who was there. We will remember that one for a very long time.

So, Falcon is on the horizon. We're absolutely buzzing over it. I've just had 2 huge canvases made of the album artwork. I absolutely fucking love that image. how good is it !? gone up a notch with the artwork this time around. I felt me and me camera phone didn't quite cut the mustard for the transition that we've made. Probably get us all to sign one and auction it for charity. The other one is going up on my wall.

I wanna say thanks for the swell of positivity we've had surrounding the new stuff. Every single song I've ever written I've written for myself and no-one else. If people like it, excellent stuff. If they don't, they can jog on. Simples.

When you write, whatever it may be, you're putting your baby on the line. So to have the response that we have had on the myspace, Facebook, Youtube, etc concerning the new stuff has been fucking brilliant. We knew it'd go down well live and we can't wait until March to see everyone going mental up and the down these fair Isles.

You Overdid It Doll was played on Huw Stephens and XFM t'other night. good work texting in. Was listening to a lot of Stevie Wonder and Blondie in Belgium. Sinister dancing track.

Some people think they own the world yet haven't pulled out the weeds in their own gardens. L x
